Mary was fun to work with and made my kitchen remodel project run smoothly. I felt optimistic about the material and product choices. She helped narrow down choices when it was overwhelming for me to select items. Working with my current house style to incorporate a new updated coordinating look for my remodel areas was always on her mind when selecting items. The project stayed on track with my budget parameters, we shopped at quality stores and completed everything from my wish list! MASSEY DESIGN GROUP Review Our son-in-law referred us to Mary and we are so pleased!!! We did a whole house remodel!!! Mary and her assistant Carly were truly fantastic!!! And she also put us in touch with a great General Contractor. Her ideas, design suggestions, guidance and the final outcome were better than we could have ever imagined!!!!! I told her my vision of our house being Greek Mediterranean…….colors of blues, whites and grays, open concept, sleek design and she truly nailed it!!!! She took us to many great stores and vendors (ie….all appliances, lighting, all fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms, cabinets, flooring, carpets, tile, countertops, furniture, fireplace, window coverings, ceiling fans, staircase railings etc…) this would have been a very overwhelming experience…….but with Mary’s expertise it was so enjoyable and fun because she was able to narrow down the choices from literally hundreds to 2 or 3 great ones for us to decide from. She also helped us with all of our online purchases and was always able to provide us with 2 to 3 wonderful choices! She gave us the idea of a “flip out” window with a pass through in our kitchen to our beautiful back yard to go along with two sets of folding doors in the kitchen and the dining room. She gave me great advice and suggestions on how to set up our new home (ie…decorating, how to set everything up in the kitchen, master bath and any area I asked her). She designed a new fantastic functional laundry room with utility sink, new stacked washer and dryer and storage cabinet. She turned our old coat closet into a beautiful pantry! I enjoy making cocktails so she designed a beautiful bar with a wine fridge in our dinning room. Along with a new linear fireplace installed in the dining room with a fully tiled fireplace wall. She also helped us pick out some beautiful outdoor lighting. She made this huge project so easy and pleasant! If we had any questions, issues, concerns or opinions she was available any day and any time to discuss. Mary and Carly are so professional, down to earth, caring and fun!! My husband says that paying for her design expertise and her general remodeling guidance was the best money that we’ve ever spent”! And further that she has an impeccable eye for every aspect of the remodeling process! She turned our home into a beautiful model home! One hears of horror stories when goes to have their kitchens remodeled. NOT us. Massey Design was a delight with witch to work. Their relationship with top quality general contractors, cabinet manufactures appliance dealers and anything kitchens. Massey Deigns’ principal, Mary Massey, was with us every step of the way. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She works by the adage “ Measure twice cut once.“. Any glitch that occurred in our project was due to “supply chain problems” outside Massey Design control.
